Finding New Paths

Jeremy Dickens began his musical journey playing with different bands throughout his life, searching for the perfect sound. During the pandemic, he took advantage of the extra time and embarked on a new path to share his music with the world as a solo artist.

With a handful of half-finished songs and ideas, he released his debut album, Things Left Unsaid, which intertwines themes of love, loss, regret, hope, and moving on. Jeremy wrote, recorded, produced, mixed, and mastered everything from his home studio in Atlanta. "Releasing my music as a solo artist for the first time was a vulnerable experience, but I had to do it to move forward as an artist," he says.

His second full-length album, Something To Leave Behind, draws inspiration from his childhood, family dysfunction, and the death of his father from addiction. The title track was inspired by the idea that everyone has a box in their bedroom that holds the most precious memories from their life—a reminder that each of us means something to someone else.

Now, with his third independent release, This Is Now (November 21, 2025), Jeremy turns his lens outward. Recorded over two years in his home studio, these eleven tracks deliver sharp commentary on the state of society, the bittersweet reality of chasing and losing dreams, and unflinching looks inward at past struggles that shaped who he is today. From the driving energy of "Bulletproof" to the social conscience of the title track, This Is Now showcases Jeremy's evolution as a songwriter and producer.

Jeremy's songwriting process is a way of processing his experiences through music, connecting with listeners on an emotional level. He's driven by a passion for his craft and his fans, continually pushing himself to grow as an artist while staying true to his DIY roots.
